Hello, my name is Anna, also know as The Cookie Lady. I started baking in 2011 as a hobby but found my passion in custom cakes, cookies, cupcakes, and fresh bread. In 2013, I graduated high school and went straight to college for Music Performance. While I loved it, I knew it wasn't my passion or future, so I dropped out of college and began baking again. I focused on building a clientele in our small town in Louisiana making any baked goods I could think of. It didn't take long for me to realize that starting a baking business in a town of 2,000 that only had a Walmart and was 30 minutes from anywhere, wasn't going to get me far. In 2022, my family and I moved to Indianola. I participated in the local Farmer's Market just to have a reason to bake again and get into the community. One of the patrons came to my table and asked if I was the cookie lady. Since then the name has just stuck! I'm a mother of two beautiful boys who love to be my quality control. I'm not a large operation, I'm the sole proprietor of my business which allows me to ensure that each treat meets my very high standards and gives the best possible treats for my customers!
